We love hosting and cooking and each menu is tailored around our guests’ requests. With years of experience in Modern Vietnamese fusion, Greek, Italian, and Belgian cuisine in particular, not to mention large family BBQs, we are happy to create a special night for you!

We could talk about food and drinks all day long as it is nothing new for us to devote every holiday to spoiling ourselves rotten. As Hoi An is such a great place to explore both the traditional and new cuisines of Vietnam, we believe it is unnecessary to have a full-time restaurant in our villas. That being said, if you just give us the word, our staff is always keen to make personal arrangements at least 48 hours in advance for an unforgettable dinner for you here. We can organize a wide range of dining experience in the villa upon request, whether it is a fun BBQ in the garden, or some hearty meals prepared by Chef Loïc, or even special dinners presented by some of Hoi An’s best visiting chefs. Even if you just wish to order in some wood-fired pizzas to eat under the stars while watching a movie, we say “Why Not?”

All our menus are tailored to our guests tastes and prices can vary based on preferences and seasons, so if you have an idea for what style of food you would like, budget range per person, and any special requests then just let us know in advance and we will be happy to create a menu around your preferences.

The I don’t share with my husband ‘Menu’

  • Canapes: Gelatinous Sardines | organic cherry tomatoes | tzatziki | artisanal bread
  • Main:
    • Wagyu MB4/5 Tomahawk 200 day grain fed beef with onion confit and mustard
    • Giant fresh cham island lobster stuffed with garlic, parsley & butter served with fresh lemon mayonnaise
    • Baked potatoes, Devon sour cream, fried shallots, green onions
    • Beet root salad with feta, honey, mint, and pistacios
  • Dessert: Marou chocolate custard with dried mangoes and served with mixed fresh fruits
    • Total cost = 3,400,000 vnd per adult based on 3 guests

The “I cant decide for December 31st’:

  • (Greek) Snacks: fava with bread, olives, feta and octopus leg
  • (French) Lobster soup with cherry tomatoes, saffron, lobster tail
  • (Italian) Cod loin salad with fennel, pomelo, orange, dill and spiralized cucumber with lemon vinaigrette and lumpfish caviar garnish
  • (Spanish) Iberico Pork secreto on BBQ served with sauteed green beans with almond slivers) and Spanish style mashed potatoes with Manchego cheese
  • (Mixed 😉) Dessert: Banana flambe with ice cream, pistachios, and Marou chocolate chunks
    • Total cost is 1,800,000 vnd per person based on 7 adults
